Short courses
We know that everyone learns in different ways - that's why our short course programme offers a range of options. We offer face-to-face learning via the courses detailed below. These courses take place over several consecutive days and are classroom based; they include lecture-based content and lots of opportunities for interaction with other delegates, via a range of workshops.
The course introduces the key considerations when designing and conducting a randomised clinical trial.

This one day course is specifically designed for clinical trials managers with little or no previous statistical training.

Online courses
For people who prefer to access learning materials online, we offer our Online Introduction to Clinical Trials course. This course is based solely online and includes a combination of pre-recorded lectures and opportunities for interaction and group work via a range of scheduled sessions with course tutors. The course includes two units: Unit 1 is Trial Design and Unit 2 is Trial Conduct. Delegates can book onto one or both modules and a discounted rate is offered to students who choose to attend both Units.
